Recruitment campaign – RAF Sentry Whole Life Support Programme
We were contracted by an international aircraft services organisation to recruit more than 50 permanent staff for their involvement in the above programme. We acted as an outsourced HR department, creating job descriptions, advertising the vacancies, conducting first stage interviews, reference checking the candidates, issuing offer letters and managing the overall recruitment process. We recruited 58 staff for the business, with 98% of those still being in post after 12 months of operation.
Aircraft Structure Design and Manufacture - Scandinavia
Over a 4 year period, we supplied a team of design and stress engineers to support the design of composite and metallic Airbus structures for a company in Scandinavia. As the structures entered the manufacturing stage, we also supplied a team of manufacturing technicians and a QA specialist to cover additional workload and ensure the parts were delivered to schedule. This beginning to end support enabled the client to deliver their ship sets on time and reduced QA issues with manufactured parts.
