Mechanical Engineering
Our mechanical engineering division provides engineering support to OEMs, prime contractors and first tier suppliers across aero structures and systems markets. We work with clients to deliver tailored bespoke services and have a pedigree within Aerospace & Aviation.
CAD Designs
We work with clients to provide CAD services as an extension of their business. Services include 3D modelling, package conversions or just simply creating 3D models from 2D paper designs.
We can transfer designs from one CAD software package to another including from CATIA V4 to CATIA V5. Other package conversions can be made to and from Pro/Engineer, UG NX, SolidEdge, Solidworks and AutoCAD.
CAM Support
We can produce your CAM model ready for milling and turning whether it is 3, 4 or 5 axis. Once produced the model can be machined by us if required.
In support of our CAM engineers and in order to provide a complete product to manufacturing service, we can design, develop and implement your postprocessors.
DMU
We have a wealth of experience in developing and building digital mock up (DMU) systems within Aerospace.
We have a full time team of engineers located at our own facilities and based at client sites. We are able to undertake configuration management and zone control for fixed wing projects including the A350, C-series and A400M.
